I’m a proud dad of five and grandfather of one, rooted in Florida for over 40 years. My journey’s taken me from the kitchens of Johnson and Wales—where I earned an associate's degree in Culinary Arts—to the labs and field sites of FIU, where I earned a Bachelor’s in Geology and a Master’s in Environmental Sciences.
Before becoming a CPR instructor, I worked as a federal safety officer, blending science, safety, and public service to protect lives. I’ve taught at the college level and bring decades of hands-on experience to every class.
When I’m not training others in life-saving techniques, you’ll find me camping, playing hockey, snorkeling Florida’s coastal gems, or cruising the Caribbean. Life’s an adventure—and so is learning CPR.
